Deliverables (software, apps, designs) created for clients remain the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized use/copying of our work or branding is strictly prohibited.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
Ensure all submitted materials (logos, content) are legally owned or licensed.
Payment delays may result in project pauses or termination.

4. Payments & Refunds

Development projects require a non-refundable deposit (percentage outlined in the contract).
Final payment is due before project delivery.
No refunds for completed work, but we offer revisions per the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss) arising from service use.
While we strive for bug-free deliverables, we cannot guarantee 100% error-free operation in all environments.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Unpaid work remains our property.
